We always have soomething special happening on the First and second Wednesdays of the month. Bingo ( where winning thousands of dollars is always possible) on the first Wed, and Bunco where almost everyone wins an elephant (usually white) on the second Wed.

Paper Donation Please
Thank you to all who have generously donated copy paper in the past for our Newsletter publications! We are producing each Newsletter ourselves and periodically require additional copy paper and toner for our publications. To donate towards these requirements, please consider monetary gifts - cash, checks made payable to OGHA of any amount. All donations assist our 100% volunteer Homeowners Association's ongoing communication, outreach, and Safety Projects. Please reach out to any of Board members or Committee Chairpersons who will gladly accept your donations.

Our HOA Drop Box is now located in the Laundry Room. There you will find various sign-up and suggestion forms to complete and deposit into the box for quick retrieval and attention! Money donations may be hand delivered to our HOA Treasurer at our meetings and functions. Please do NOT place Money or checks in the Drop Box.

How Is My HOA Donation Spent?
Our HOA is 100% Volunteer Based
Hundreds of hours are volunteered each month to maintain our Olympia Glade Homeowners Association. No payment in exchange for time is given to ANY volunteer, including Board Members and Committee Chairpersons. Each individual gives his or her own time generously as a genuine volunteer commitment.
Where Does Our Money Go?
Our HOA is active year round, providing four main avenues of operation:
- Communication - Meetings, Newsletter, Website, 1:1 Flyers to residents, and intervention/coordinati with Management/
- Meetings - Held monthly for the General HOA, the Board, and routinely for each of our eight committees.
- Social Events - Game Nights, Holiday Gatherings, Exercise Venues, etc..
- Action and Follow-Up - Each Board member, Committee Chairperson, and general volunteer is "behind the scenes" daily to ensure ongoing improvements to overall quality of life for each and every resident.
We Have a Budget
Our 2024 Budget is based on donations and other revenues. Although volunteer hours freely are provided, real-life expenses exist. These range from the costs of printing, food for events, gifts for newcomers, supplies for meetings, etc..
The Reality
We charge no dues. Everything our vibrant HOA accomplishes is through your generosity. The actual costs to support the HOA and reimbursements are verified by our Board of Directors. Those expenditures add up. Your monetary contributions are needed to continue the positive cause and efforts of our HOA.
Contribute If You Can
You can help right now. Our / Your Homeowners association consisting of all homeowners within Olympia Glade. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend and have their voice(s) heard. We charge NO dues but we do welcome donations to continue to provide drinks, snacks and special events throughout the year. Donations can be made to any board member or at any of our meetings. We have a suggestions box in the laundry room and as always we seek your valuable input.
